Okay, so once again I am entering into the world of obsession, this time with Guitar Hero World Tour. I played 2 1/2 hours or so and I still wanted to play but since my hands were cramping I felt it was best to force myself to stop. Part of it is the fact that stuff gets unlocked the more you play, which makes me go a bit longer than I want to. Overall I really enjoy being obsessed with something again since it's been a while. It's a welcome distraction since work is getting crazier and I am starting to get stressed. There seems to be much more to play in this game than in the previous version but we'll see once I get to the end. I may get carpal tunnel. Oh, and you get to customize your own character so that was really fun. I have yellow shoes and a fedora. Can't go wrong with that. I can't wait till I unlock the Jimi Hendricks songs! AHHHHHH!!!!!!
By the by, One Week was good. I cried a bit, laughed a bit. It's a touching story, and I think is a good homage to central & western Canada. The funniest bits are when the main character visits the biggest something, which each town has throughout Canada. The annoying thing for me was that there was this narrator and it kept reminding me of 'Y tu mama tambien' which I found a little distracting. I think it's worth watching so definitely check it if you can.
