Extreme Lethargy

I can barely hold my head up today. Luckily it's Sunday and I am not obligated to do anything, other than eat dinner. I rented some movies yesterday on my way back from the Zoo: Happy-Go-Lucky, The Lucky Ones and WALL-E. The first one was a wonderful surprise, I picked it because it had been nominated for a Gold Globe which is a good sign, and it was great. It's about this woman named Poppy who is the epitome of happy-go-lucky. It's very funny and also quite sad and frustrating. I highly recommend it! The next one is about 3 soldiers who return from Iraq and make their way across country. I was expecting a very sad and compelling story but it's actually extremely light and humourous which threw me off a bit. It was entertaining though and a good road trip movie. The producer/director's intention was to make it more about the characters interaction and journey rather than focus on the harsh reality of war which I understand. It's worth watching if you have a chance. I loved WALL-E. It was as adorable and touching as I hoped it would be. My only problem with it was the overly happy ending when the world turns into this lush green space again with Blue Jays flying around. It's a lovely thought but once a species is gone it's gone.
Anyways, it was a good haul of videos to watch. Oh, I also had kimchi for the first time yesterday - am I spelling it right? Delicious!
